Our Sites

We would like to thank you for choosing Godiva Group Practice as your preferred GP Practice.

We are a practice with four separate sites. You will have to register with the site which is closest to your residence but that does not mean you are only limited to appointments with that site. We take pride in the fact we can offer patients appointments on the day or in the coming days, be it in their own site or in one of the other three sites if patients are willing to travel to that site, if needed.

Please note, if you are registering your child whom is below the age of 18, yourself as a parent or guardian should be registered with us prior to completing theirs. Make sure to enter the parent/ guardian who is registered already as the emergency contact/ Next of Kin.

We cannot process Temporary Registration though our online services. If you want to be registered temporarily, please request for a temporary registration form at the reception desk
